Exchanges and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and location to which you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to request an exchange by email, then return the item and, upon receipt of the return, we will send you the product you wish to exchange for. The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility.

European Union 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
